Add another dimension to your bodywork session.
Green Tara is revered by Tibetan Buddhists as the enlightened energy of compassionate action. She helps to overcome fear and anxiety, but has also been credited with eliminating suffering of all kinds and bringing happiness. She responds swiftly when called upon, but is always present. Working with her energy helps us to remember and to access the Green Tara qualities which already exist within ourselves.
In your confidential ninety minute session, together we will identify an area of physical, mental, and/or emotional focus, and then enter a short guided meditation. After invoking the energy of Green Tara (with grateful thanks for the empowerment given by my teacher Lama Tsultrim Allione), I will use a combination of Swedish massage, reiki, cranio-sacral therapy, Physio-Spiritual Etheric Bodywork (PSEB), and Somatic Experiencing® (SE) to address your focus areas. The session is enhanced by careful application of my proprietary blend of therapeutic-grade essential oils, specifically selected to elicit the Green Tara qualities of courageous, loving action. We conclude our time with a short "debriefing," communicating any impressions or realizations gained.
The Green Tara Meditation Massage is extremely helpful for situations where you feel "stuck;" you want to move forward but don't know how. Although Buddhist dieties can be depicted as separate beings, it is important to know that we are never separate from the energies of Compassion and Fearlessness. This session reminds us of that in a very concrete way.
Your 90 minute session price is $199, and includes your consultation, your introduction to Green Tara, aromatherapy, guided meditation, bodywork, and a take-home vial of Green Tara Fearless Compassion Aromatherapy Oil©. Book now.
"When we are motivated by compassion and wisdom, the results of our actions benefit everyone, not just our individual selves or some immediate convenience. When we are able to recognize and forgive ignorant actions of the past, we gain strength to constructively solve the problems of the present." HH Dalai Lama
